- 1 medium carrot (diced into small cubes)

- Handful spring onion
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp flour (to thicken)
- 1 cup water
- 1 seasoning cube
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic until soft.
- Add the minced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, carrots, thyme, curry powder, seasoning cube, salt, and pepper.
- Add water and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat until the potatoes and carrots soften.
- Mix 1 tbsp of flour with some water to form a paste, then add it to the filling to thicken.
